Lance Javier

Lance is a MSc candidate at the University of Guelph, working directly in corn and soybean fields across the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry counties. His research looks at how soil conditions, crop stands, and planter performance interact under conservation tillage systems to help farmers improve stand establishment and yield. When not in the field, he enjoys hiking, identifying plants, and digging in the ground to look for bugs.
